I baked a white cake with white frosting and coconut and lemon curd between the layers, topped with rasberries. It came out beautifully and tasted wonderful. It was a big hit. I baked it for my niece's bridal shower. Everything turned out very nice, and she was very happy and got alot of really nice gifts from her friends and family. Today is the last evening of our Easter vacation, everyone goes back to school tomorrow. No more sleeping in until 9:00am! It was nice while it lasted!

The cake is pretty and sounds really yummy. I'm glad that your 18 year old is back home ... wait until you and he are much older ... that's when they suddenly decide that you YOU need watching over ... sounds like he may be getting a head start ... feels good though doesn't it?
