Wow, its been along time since I've posted. Well today has just been a great day. I feel happy and thankful to be here. I started my day by going to my son's classroom and helping out with a math project. FUN! The kids are just adorable and it is so great to see when they "get" it, and to see them trying so hard. Watching them think, you can just see their wheels turning. Then I went walked on the beach, got sand between my toes and got to look at the water and watch the surfers. Beautiful! I felt so lucky and grateful to be so near the water that I can go look at it everyday. The sun and the water really fill my heart with joy today.

Great picture. I'm so jealous, not only of your outlook, but of your proximity to the ocean. I miss it; the mountains are beautiful, but they just can't compare.
I'm so glad you're writing, it's nice to see your world and hear about what's happening around you.
