Well I decided to try the Indian Pudding recipe last night, was looking for a nice dessert to go with enchiladas. This turned out really well and made the house smell great. It has to bake for 3 hours and I was a little behind getting it in the oven so dessert was at 10 pm but oh well, it was Friday night! It tasted really good, it has the consistency of a bread pudding but much spicer, you can really taste the molasses, cinnamon and nutmeg. I will definitely make this again and would recommend it.
Took a walk before dinner with my middle son and the sky over the ocean was awesome. Rain was/is in the forecast but it seems to just keep threatening but not really coming. Just enough to make messy little spots on my car, but not enough to wash or water anything.
