Vacation

Well for now I am still employed. But it is summer and my kids are home from school, so I am going to take some vacation so we can spend some time together. I will be off for 6 days in a row, even though I am only using 2 vacation days!!! Yay! With the 4th of July holiday, and my regularly scheduled days off, I was able to work it with onlyl actually taking two days. I am hoping to go camping during the first part of next week, miss the weekend crowds. Just for one night, maybe two, locally. I sure could use the opportunity to recharge my batteries. I am so stressed out and tired and not sleeping very well. I think sleeping out under the stars would really be beneficial. I used to camp alot, I love to camp out. The last time I went was a few years ago, and had a really good time. My husband doesn't camp, he jokes that he only camps at 4 star hotels. But I love it. I love to drink coffee from the campfire, and eat roasted marshmallows and dirt! : ) I want to go to the beach too, and maybe find some time to sew. I will try to stay away from the TV, alothough I don't usually get to watch much and that is really a treat to me too!!
